He's a dog from a bbc claymation series called "rex the runt". It doesn't air anymore but it was so funny. This guy was my favourite, he rarely spoke but always used to say "tuesday" or "I like jam". And in one episode he got tuned into a radio show and started talking about the news. Crazy stuff, but you gotta love it.
